BDZ Properties Ltd is a limited liability company that was duly registered and incorporated under the Companies Code of Ghana in 2013. Founded and led by a Chartered Valuation and Estate Surveyor (and member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors), the company has made its mark in the real estate sector in the areas of valuation of properties, Facilities Management, and property services. We are a team of professionals who have over the years, strived at attaining perfection in the services we provide, and so it has become second nature to us.

Founded in 2013, BDZ Properties Ltd began as a facilities management company providing cleaning and property maintenance services. Guided by dedication and professionalism, the company gradually expanded its operations into property valuation, real estate brokerage, and full-scale construction.
Under the leadership of its founder and Chief Executive Officer, Aba Amoa, a trained Valuation and Estate Surveyor, BDZ Properties has evolved into a reputable real estate developer contributing to Ghana’s property landscape through affordable housing and commercial projects.
Over the years, BDZ Properties has remained committed to addressing Ghana’s two-million-unit housing deficit. In partnership with Rabdah Africa Ltd, the company is developing affordable housing units at Gbetsile, near Michelle Camp, offering spacious two- and three-bedroom homes built on 70-by-100-foot plots. Alongside its residential projects, BDZ Properties is also constructing a four-storey commercial complex in Tema Community One, featuring office spaces, a business hub, and a restaurant, as well as a 20-unit apartment development at Lashibi.
