  • You can value your property to determine the current market value for a sale or purchase negotiation.
  • You can value a property to obtain insurance coverage.
  • You can value a property to settle a divorce or estate.

The methods used to value properties will depend on the purpose of the valuation and the particular property to be valued. However, the three (3) basic methods that are usually adopted are:

  • Depreciated replacement cost
  • Comparable sales analysis
  • Income capitalization approach

There is a GhIS-approved scale of fees that is to be adopted by all members. However, the cost of the property valuation will depend on the nature and complexity of the property and the scope of the valuation.

Ordinarily the process should take five (5) working days to prepare and submit a valuation report. However, depending on the complexity and magnitude of the property this could extend. Contact us for a free estimate.

Three (3) to Five (5) percent depending on the magnitude and nature of the transaction.

Due to the unique nature of every property, we inspect every property before coming up with a quotation. Please note that the inspection comes at no cost to the client.

At BDZ properties, all our employees are thoroughly checked, trained, and required to submit a police report before they get to work with us.
